My Heart Spark, PC (“My Heart Spark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the educational, direct-to-consumer preventive cardiology content and intake tools available through it (the “Platform”). The public education pathway is informational only and is not designed to receive health information. Please do not submit diagnoses, medicines, lab or imaging results, symptoms, records, or health narratives through educational pages. Ordinary account and payment data (name, email, billing details) is handled separately from any health information. Any clinical services offered separately by My Heart Spark, PC use their own workflow and systems. Educational worksheets and the optional country selector stay on your device and are not sent to us or to analytics or advertising tools.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through intake forms, contact forms, and account creation, including your name, email address, general location, self-reported health interests, and any content you submit. We also collect technical information automatically, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, referring pages, pages viewed, and interaction events.

We use information to operate and improve the Platform, respond to inquiries, route eligible intakes to a reviewing clinician for educational suggestions, personalize content, detect misuse, and comply with law.

We share information with service providers (such as hosting, analytics, and email delivery) that process it on our behalf under written contract; with reviewing clinicians engaged to evaluate an intake; when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Platform; and in connection with a corporate transaction.
