Pre-tax & professional-development funds

Use HSA, FSA, or CME for educational services.

Educational preventive-cardiology services and clinician professional-development resources on this platform may be reimbursable through your Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, or Continuing Medical Education fund — subject to your plan administrator's rules.

HSA / FSA (clients)

Many HSAs and FSAs reimburse educational services that support the prevention or management of a diagnosed cardiovascular risk condition, when recommended by a qualified provider. Rules vary by plan and by IRS Publication 502. We provide itemized receipts on request.

CME funds (clinicians)

Clinicians pursuing the Workspace as part of ongoing professional development may qualify for reimbursement through employer CME funds. We supply an itemized receipt describing the educational content, activity type, and estimated learning hours.

Itemized receipts

After any paid checkout, request an itemized receipt from your dashboard. Receipts include a plain-English description of the educational service, date, amount, and our EIN — everything most plan administrators need.

How reimbursement typically works

  • Complete checkout on the Platform. Your card is charged the listed amount.
  • Open your dashboard and request an itemized receipt for the transaction.
  • Submit the receipt to your HSA / FSA / CME plan administrator through their normal reimbursement workflow.
  • Your plan administrator makes the final eligibility determination. My Heart Spark, PC does not guarantee reimbursement.
This page is educational. My Heart Spark, PC does not provide tax, benefits, or legal advice, and does not represent or warrant eligibility under any specific HSA, FSA, or CME plan. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator before purchase.
