For patients

You've tried a statin. It didn't work. Let's try differently.

If muscle aches, weakness, or fatigue drove you off a statin, you're not alone — and you're not stuck. Our platform walks you through a structured intake, routes it to a licensed physician in your state, and returns an educational plan built around a slow, patient-owned rechallenge.

01

Complete a structured intake

Twelve to fifteen minutes. Your history, prior statin trials, current medications, recent labs, and cardiovascular risk context.

02

Clinician review, in your state

A licensed physician credentialed in your state reads every case. No visit is required in async-friendly states.

03

Personalized educational plan

A written plan you can bring to your primary care physician or cardiologist, including a graded rechallenge sequence and target LDL.

04

Follow-up and lab reassessment

Repeat lipid panel after ~3 months, symptom-guided titration, and advanced-therapy documentation when clinically appropriate.

What you'll get

A plan you can actually follow.

  • A cautious rosuvastatin rechallenge schedule (once weekly → daily), tuned to your history
  • Clear LDL cholesterol goals for your prevention context
  • Guidance on CK monitoring if muscle symptoms return
  • Ezetimibe and bempedoic acid discussion when statin alone isn't enough
  • Prior-authorization scaffold for PCSK9 inhibitors (Repatha, Praluent) if warranted
  • Follow-up cadence for repeat lipids and symptom check-in

What we won't do

Things we're careful about.

  • • Diagnose or treat conditions outside preventive lipid management.
  • • Replace your cardiologist, hepatologist, or primary care physician.
  • • Prescribe controlled substances.
  • • Accept protected health information (this platform is educational and not designed for health information).
  • • Guarantee outcomes. Every plan is educational and individualized.
Common questions
Do I need a video visit?

In many states, no — a licensed physician reviews your intake asynchronously. Some states require a live audiovisual visit before a plan can be issued. Our State Availability page shows both.

Do you take insurance?

We're a direct-to-consumer educational service. We don't bill insurance. You keep your written plan and can share it with your PCP or cardiologist.

Will you prescribe a PCSK9 inhibitor for me?

We can help you prepare the documentation your insurer typically requires, coordinated with your treating clinician.

What if muscle symptoms come back?

We step the regimen down to your last tolerated dose, review other causes, and consider CK testing. The rechallenge is designed to be reversible.
